Booking a shoot

A booking is confirmed when the date, scope and fee are agreed in writing. WhatsApp or email is fine. Until all three are agreed in writing, the date is not held.

Delivery

Social selects arrive within 24 hours of the event and the full edited set within 48 hours. Anything different is agreed in the booking.

Using the photos

Delivered photographs are licensed to you for use across your own channels, website, press and promotional material for the event, with credit to Gigseye.

Paid advertising, merchandise, album artwork, resale and sub-licensing need a separate licence, agreed per project in writing before use.

Crop and resize freely. Do not apply filters or edits that change the look of the image, and do not alter the colour grade, without asking first.

Gigseye keeps the copyright in every photograph.

Travel and venue access

Shoots outside Mumbai are quoted with travel and stay separately.

You arrange photo access with the venue or promoter. We work to their rules on pit time, lens restrictions and flash.

Changes and cancellations

If a show moves or is cancelled, tell us as soon as you know. The deposit and cancellation terms agreed in your booking apply.

Using this website

Everything on this website, including every photograph, the Gigseye name and the Gigseye logo, belongs to Gigseye. Do not copy it, download it for reuse, scrape it, republish it or feed it to an AI training system without our written permission.

Do not try to break, overload or probe the website.

Photo removal

If you appear in a photograph on this website or on our social accounts and want it removed, email hello@gigseye.com with a link to it or a screenshot. We take it down within 7 days.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts in Mumbai have exclusive jurisdiction.
